Please ensure you're aware that by selecting to hire any products or packages you are agreeing to the following conditions

Details of terms and conditions:

  • We charge a security bond for all our hire items. This is refunded back to you when all items (all pieces) are received back, in original condition, at agreed time.
  • We do accept normal use wear and tear.
  • Any missing items, damage or breakage will need to be deducted from the bond paid. If the damage or loss is greater than the bond paid, buy will need to cover for the items replacement.
  • Soiled items will need to be charged a cleaning fee.
  • Once a booking has been made, with delivery dates and times arranged and agreed on, changes cannot be made within a 48hr period. If you are running late, please notify us at your earliest convenience. However if your lateness impacts our delivery and causes delays, additional fees may be deducted. Please do your best to stick to agreed times, we do allow a 30 minute window for late meetings. But please keep in mind its important to keep agreed times as best as possible as we are coordinating with other bookings
  • We ask you to advise us of the dates and times your hire needs to be delivered/set up by and the dates times it can be collected from. We will factor in these important details and work with you on when we can schedule this to suit both parties. We appreciate flexibility and cooperation in this as we cannot allows come at a specific time ie: it may be earlier delivery or later collection but we will do our best to work with you so that everything works out as smoothly as possible for you
  • We offer delivery, set up (where required) and collection for most of our packages and some of our items. Please note we dont deliver items valued at less than $50. 
  • You may find some items have an optional delivery charge, this is in-case you are hiring several times and to prevent being charged delivery fees multiple times.  If your delivery contains several items, including heavy items etc we will need to quote you a delivery/collection charge and manually charge this to you after your booking. This may also vary depending on your suburb,
  • If you are outside of Melbourne metro, we will need to charge higher delivery and collection rates and in some cases (for smaller orders) we may not be able to service your area. Our apologies, we will do our best to assist you however it may not be feasible in some cases 
  • Please handle all items with care to ensure they remain in original conditions. Games etc can be played with as normal and enjoyed (without excessive force).
  • Please do walk with shoes on game boards
  • Please do not smoke or drink over game boards, red carpet
  • Gold cutlery, charger plates and more must be handwashed. They cannot be placed in a dishwasher as the gold finish will be tainted and result in a loss of bond or higher charge to replace damaged pieces
  • If any item is found to have any faults, damage or other concerns please advise us before commencement of your event. As after the event the client would be liable for such issues and be required to cover repairs or replacement costs.
  • If any items are missing, damaged etc during your hire, do not provide your own replacements, please allow us to assess the issue and advise accordingly. We do not accept items similar to our products to replace damaged or missing items and appreciate your cooperation with this.
  • No images from this website can be reused, copied or distributed without permission of the owner, or without reference to this website.
  • We pride ourselves on treating our customers well, with a friendly and professional manner and appreciate the same in return. We reserve the right to refuse service to negative behaviour.
  • Please know your details provided to us are kept private and not shared with 3rd parties
