Refunds and Returns

Return and Refund policy:

  •  Cancellations: we are not able to cancel a booking once made, within 14 days of your event . If you need to change a booking to another date you can do this outside of a 14 day period. If you wish to add more products to your booking you can do so however if there is just a few days before your event we may not be able to fulfill your booking, if the items are not available or items such as balloon garlands may not be able to be arranged in a small time window (require 1-2 weeks notice minimum) 
  • If any hired items were not used during your event, we do not provide refunds for this 
  • If your event is cancelled due to rain, we apologies but we do not refund any events booked, we do accept changes of dates outside of a 14 day period (to your event)
  • If any items were proved to be faulty, we offer a refund for those items, unless they were not damaged before providing. We do check all our items before delivering to our clients
  • If any item is found to have any faults, damage or other concerns please advise us before commencement of your event. As after the event the client would be liable for such issues and be required to cover repairs or replacement costs.
  • If any items are missing, damaged etc during your hire, do not provide your own replacements, please allow us to assess the issue and advise accordingly. We do not accept items similar to our products to replace damaged or missing items and appreciate your cooperation with this.
